Q. Are you direct manufacturer/wholesaler?
A. Yes we are direct manufacturers.

Q. Can you make changed size designs, smaller or bigger?
A. Yes, we can make the item as per your desired size. Mail us rangkalajaipur@gmail.com

Q. If we wanted to change gemstones or pattern in a few of your designs, would that be possible and expensive?
Different gemstones and patterns in any design is always possible. The price will vary as gemstone price vary and according to the pattern.

Q. How do you ship? Are you willing to state lower costing for customs purposes? 
We use EMS POST / FedEx / UPS / DHL / UBX / ARAMAX or any other courier to ship. Whatever is suitable for you, you can suggest us.
Shipping charges depend on order quantity. All shipping companies deliver package by weight so bigger the order more the shipping charges. However our website indicates the shipping charges while you checkout your order.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Bank Transfer, all major Cards and Pay Pal. Your payment is fully secure.

Shipping & Returns Information


Q. How will my order be shipped? 
A. We try to finish orders from 3 days to 3 weeks depending on the size and quantity of the order. Please note that weekends, bank and/or government (non-mail) holidays and major holidays are NOT included as business days. 
 
Q. What do I do if I received my items damaged? 
A. We're sorry to hear about your issue with the item that you ordered. We do our very best to provide our customers with beautiful, quality products that they'll enjoy. While we do thoroughly inspect our items before shipping, it has been found on rare occasions that, during transport in rough conditions, items may be damaged. Q. Can I return an item? 
A. Work(s) of Art received in damaged condition by the customer may be returned in an 'as is' condition. The customer is advised to make a video opening the package, in cases of damage, you may share the video as a proof of damage during the transport. However, the Buyer cannot return a Work(s) of Art on the grounds that the Buyer did not like it.

A. No, as we are only manufacturers and direct factory, we sell to wholesalers. Our website www.rangkala.com is a wholesale website.

Q. How do I clean my item? 
A. You may use dry cloth or brush to softly clean the item. For an added shiny and glossy appearance, you may use warnish and put a coat using brush on the item.
